2024 ACSA Personnel & Negotiations Symposium

This interactive session will focus on how to navigate some of the biggest issues faced by human resources (HR) leaders. As we continue to endure the era of transformational employment legislation, it is important that HR leaders are not only aware of the legal issues, but also how to operationalize the new laws in the HR department, while also addressing the collective bargaining implications.
